$1.7 Million Megabucks Jackpot Ticket Sold in Bradford

BERLIN, Vt. – On Saturday, August 20,the winning ticket for the Tri State Megabucks game was sold at Kinney Drugs in Bradford, VT. The winning numbers were 01-08-26-31-38 MB (02). The jackpot was $1.7 million. Known by its slogan, “Megabucks Makes Millionaires”, this game is a flagship of the Tri-State Lottery Commission and the first multi-jurisdictional lottery game in the United States.

Each Megabucks ticket purchase funds education in Vermont. 100% of lottery profits support the state’s Education Fund. For Deputy Commissioner Andrew Collier, this is vital. “As a father of four, the future of Vermont’s education is extremely important to me. Each lottery purchase will positively impact our state’s education budget, and that really hits home for me.”, said Collier.

If you hold the winning ticket, you must claim your prize at the Vermont Lottery administrative office in Berlin, Vermont. The ticket must be signed by the winner and submitted with a completed claim form and valid identification.
