The following rules and regulations have the force of law by virtue of Vermont Statutes Annotated, Title 31 Chapter 14, as amended. They may be altered from time to time as experience dictates.

The Vermont Division of Lottery has the obligation and authority to enforce the laws and regulations of the State of Vermont.
